INGREDIENTS
- Fresh sugar kelp, finely chopped
- Light oil (like avocado or olive oil)
- Smoked paprika
- A pinch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Finely chop fresh sugar kelp into small, even pieces.
- Toss the kelp pieces in a light coating of oil, then sprinkle with smoked paprika and a pinch of sea salt.
- Spread them out on a baking tray lined with parchment.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160–180°C, checking every few minutes and turning them until the kelp is crisp.
- Remove when golden and crunchy
