Ingredients
1x Tin organic chickpeas drained and rinsed
Large handful wild garlic leaves, chopped
1 tbsp tahini paste
1 tsp smoked sea salt
5x tbsp water
Juice of one lemon or to taste
1x tbsp organic olive oil
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Add any additional water if too thick.
- Taste and add any more wild garlic, lemon or salt to taste.
- Enjoy fresh and keep in fridge.
