Wild Garlic Houmous

A creamy, flavour-packed hummus blended with fresh wild garlic for a vibrant seasonal twist on a classic favourite. Smooth, savoury and full of spring flavour, it’s perfect served as a dip, spread onto sandwiches, or enjoyed alongside fresh vegetables and wild food feasts. 🌿🧄✨

Ingredients 

1x Tin organic chickpeas drained and rinsed 

Large handful wild garlic leaves, chopped 

1 tbsp tahini paste

1 tsp smoked sea salt

5x tbsp water

Juice of one lemon or to taste

1x tbsp organic olive oil

 Method 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. 
  2. Add any additional water if too thick.
  3. Taste and add any more wild garlic, lemon or salt to taste. 
  4. Enjoy fresh and keep in fridge.
