I can’t wait to walk with you in this beautiful location!
We will walk and forest bathe in this peaceful wild land, taking precious time to relax and breathe.
Our walk is taking place on Fraughan Sunday, a traditional Irish day of bilberry picking, these edible berries are so delicious! We shall be gathering herbs for our foraged teas, which we will enjoy together for a wild afternoon tea with Lucy’s jam-filled bilberry muffins!
We will gather in circle as women have done before us, to share and be heard. Join me in this time for yourself, an opportunity to connect with yourself and others, and let nature soothe you.
Tickets are limited with each event, so book early to avoid disappointment.
Dressing appropriately is always essential. Remember good outdoor footwear, suncream and/or waterproof outerwear, if the weather calls for it. You will also need to bring something to sit on and a warm blanket in lower temperatures.
