I am so excited to walk with you again on another dark sky Wild Women Walk! To acknowledge this beautiful shift in the cycle together on the March new moon. And this time, we do so as part of the amazing Dark Skies Festival, organised by The North York Moors National Park!

We are just ecstatic to be joining the festival!

As the light begins its slow return, we savour our last moments of darkness. Not quite ready to wake, we bask in the wonders of the season with foraging, forest bathing, fire and hot wild teas. We connect with nature and allow this practice to help us connect to ourselves. Connect to our peace. And connect with each other.

Wild Women, is about all of this, but it’s also about returning to the lost practices of our ancestors, that were once so nourishing and empowering for women. We are women who create space for each other, to hear each other without judgement, listen with nothing but validation, and hold each other in both our pain and our joy. Wild Women lift each other up and connect not only in spite of our difference but because we are so different. And we know how beautiful that is and how much that needs celebrating!

In this walk, we will welcome back the spring and celebrate the return of life, light and abundance. After our foraging walk, we will gather for our women’s circle and wild teas & treats, at the top of the moors to witness the stunning sunset that falls over the North Yorkshire villages below, while simultaneously welcoming the new moon and the glowing stars. We’ll take a moment, here, to be silent with the moon and with ourselves, and reflect on the ancient lessons that we learn when we work with each new moon. We will enjoy an empowering meditation and practice a new moon ritual to help us identify what seeds we wish to sow for ourselves in then coming  month.

You will also be served delicious foraged nibbles and some wild foraged teas to warm us up and prepare for a star-lit walk back.

Spaces are limited to ensure each woman is fully heard in circle. Book early to avoid disappointment.
